Assist with site preparation, grading, drainage installation, and general earthwork. Must be dependable, physically capable, and willing to work outdoors in all conditions.
Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, and motor graders on active job sites. Requires verifiable seat time and the ability to read grade stakes and plans.
Lead a crew on sitework projects from mobilization to closeout. Responsible for daily production, safety, quality control, and direct communication with project management.
Prepare accurate, competitive bids for sitework projects across the Lowcountry. Perform quantity takeoffs, solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing, and collaborate with project management to turn estimates into successful jobs.
Support day-to-day office operations including scheduling, document control, vendor coordination, accounts payable/receivable assistance, and general administrative duties for the project and management teams.
